The wait is over. VMSS Black Shadow Edition V3 IKON headlights for the BMW F22 2 Series (2013–2021) and F87 M2 (2016–2021) are now shipping.
A sharper lighting signature. A darker finish. A fresh look for two of BMW’s most recognisable compact platforms.
Original Design by VMSS. Manufactured by SJC.
The Black Shadow Edition is an original VMSS design, manufactured by SJC. Our smoked black housing and distinctive IKON styling bring the VMSS vision to the F22 2 Series and F87 M2.
A New Look for Your F22 or F87
The Black Shadow Edition combines a fully de-chromed, smoked black internal housing with the distinctive angular IKON design, giving the front end a more aggressive appearance.
With the headlights switched off, the dark interior creates a clean, understated look. Switch them on, and the IKON light signature becomes the centre of attention—whether fitted to a daily-driven 2 Series or a weekend M2.
Black Shadow Styling Meets RGB Control
The current Black Shadow Edition pairs its dark housing with app-controlled RGB DRLs. Choose the colour from your phone and personalise the look to suit your build.
The angular light guides and black internal detailing give the headlights their character, with a modern lighting signature that complements the familiar F22 and F87 front end.
