Layouts & Vehicle Information

Everyday information includes speed, engine revs, selected gear, fuel/range, time and outside temperature where supplied by the car. Additional screens can show tyre pressures, power and torque where the required vehicle data is available.

This is a display upgrade: it does not add M hardware, adaptive suspension or driver-assistance equipment to your car. Maps require a compatible phone and navigation connection; they are not a standalone built-in sat-nav.

Fitment: Check Before Ordering

Compatibility depends on your original cluster, engine, transmission and factory options. Send us your VIN or registration, model year and a clear photo of your current instrument cluster so we can confirm the right configuration.

Tell us if your car has a head-up display or M-specific settings. We can check retention of those functions and the navigation setup before you order.

Installation & Setup

This unit replaces the instrument cluster behind the steering wheel. It does not replace the central iDrive screen.

Professional installation is recommended. The fitting and configuration requirements depend on your original cluster and vehicle equipment; coding or additional setup may be required. Contact us before fitting so we can advise for your car.

After installation, your installer should check the mileage display, speed units, warning indicators, vehicle information and any retained HUD functions. Keep your original cluster until installation and testing are complete.

An aftermarket upgrade supplied by VMSS; not a genuine BMW instrument cluster. Vehicle-specific functionality is confirmed during the fitment check.

• Standard delivery: estimated 12–18 calendar days from dispatch on eligible routes.
• Express delivery: estimated 7–14 calendar days from dispatch where available.
• Available services and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Any stated production or preorder period applies before dispatch.

12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. For help with a fault, contact VMSS with your order number and photos or a short video so we can arrange diagnosis and the appropriate repair or replacement. Damage caused by incorrect fitting, impact or misuse is not a manufacturing defect.

Ordered the wrong product? A 10% restocking fee applies, which mainly covers return and redelivery costs. If it's our mistake or your order arrives damaged, you pay nothing and can have a full refund if you'd prefer.
