Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions & Limited Warranty
1. Product Information
We offer a range of aftermarket, custom-made, modified, and specialist products. Unless otherwise stated, products are not manufactured by or affiliated with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) unless specifically mentioned in product description (OEM).
Due to the nature of aftermarket and custom products, slight variations in appearance, finish, colour, fitment, or functionality may occur. These variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the nature of aftermarket and custom products.
2. Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a limited warranty against genuine manufacturing defects.
Warranty coverage applies only to products that arrive with a significant manufacturing fault that prevents the product from functioning as intended.
Examples may include:
- Complete failure of the product upon delivery
- Major electrical or mechanical defects present before installation or use
- Manufacturing faults affecting the core functionality of the product
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused during installation
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling
- Compatibility issues where the buyer has not verified suitability before purchase
- Variations in colour, finish, fitment, or appearance that are common with aftermarket products
- Labour, installation, removal, or transportation costs
Minor imperfections that do not affect the primary function of the product are not considered defects.
4. Installation & Use
Products should be installed and used correctly and in accordance with any instructions provided.
Professional installation is recommended where appropriate.
We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, modifications, or vehicle-specific issues beyond our control.
5. Modifications & Tampering
Any unauthorised modification, disassembly, repair attempt, or alteration of a product may void any warranty coverage.
This includes opening sealed components, altering wiring, modifying internal parts, or attempting repairs without prior approval.
6. Delivery & Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Failure to report transit damage or major faults within a reasonable timeframe may affect the outcome of a claim.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns may only be accepted where required by applicable consumer laws or where a genuine manufacturing defect has been verified.
Products must be returned in their original condition unless otherwise agreed.
Custom-made, personalised, modified, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
8. Compatibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that any product is suitable and compatible with their intended application before purchase.
Where fitment or compatibility information is provided, it is offered as guidance only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of earnings or business
- Installation or labour costs
- Vehicle, property, or equipment damage arising from improper installation or use
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using any product supplied by us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Limited Warranty.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and any statutory exemptions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the withdrawal period using the withdrawal form or withdrawal mechanism available on our website. You will be required to provide your name, contact details, and order reference, and confirm your withdrawal request through the confirmation process provided.
Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will provide confirmation by email.
Return of Goods
Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, the goods must be returned to us without undue delay and, in any event, within the period required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods to us.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned goods are adequately packaged and protected during transit. Risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with the customer until the goods are received by us.
Refunds
Where a withdrawal is validly exercised, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law after:
- The returned goods have been received by us; or
- The customer has provided satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Where applicable law permits, any additional delivery charges resulting from a customer’s selection of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.
Diminished Value of Returned Goods
Customers are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
For automotive parts, including headlights and related components, deductions from any refund may be made where returned goods show evidence of installation, fitting, use, modification, damage, missing components, damaged packaging, broken seals, scratches, marks, or any condition that reduces the item’s resale value.
Any such deduction will be assessed reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Custom and Special-Order Products
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods manufactured, modified, sourced, configured, or supplied to a customer’s specific requirements where an exemption under applicable law applies.
Where a product is identified as custom-made, special-order, personalised, or otherwise exempt from withdrawal rights, this will be stated on the product listing and/or at the point of purchase.
Fraud Prevention and Returns Verification
We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods and verify order information, serial numbers, identifying marks, and product condition before issuing any refund.
Returns that do not correspond to the original goods supplied may be refused and reported where appropriate.
