AFTERMARKET HEADLIGHT TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIMITED WARRANTY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION




1. Nature of Product & Disclaimer



These headlights are aftermarket, custom-modified products. They are NOT OEM, NOT factory-certified, and NOT sold as perfect or identical matched pairs.


The original specification of these headlights is white DRL functionality only.

Any additional features including (but not limited to):


  • Colour-changing icons
  • Multi-colour modes
  • Dynamic or synchronised lighting
  • App-controlled or on-the-fly colour switching



are EXPERIMENTAL, NON-ESSENTIAL FEATURES.


These features are provided “AS IS” and ARE NOT GUARANTEED to be:


  • Perfectly synchronised
  • Identical in colour shade
  • Stable under all conditions



The buyer acknowledges that no claim may be made on the basis that these features do not perform perfectly or consistently.





2. Minor Issues – STRICTLY EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY



The following are classified as NORMAL BEHAVIOUR OR MINOR ISSUES and are NOT covered under any warranty, return, refund, or replacement policy:


  • Icons being out of sync
  • One headlight displaying a different colour tone or shade
  • Colour mismatch during or after switching modes
  • Flickering, delay, or instability related to colour features
  • Temporary or intermittent lighting inconsistencies
  • Any issue that does NOT completely disable the primary white DRL function



Minor issues do NOT constitute a defect.

No exceptions. No partial refunds. No replacements.





3. Limited Warranty – MAJOR DEFECTS ONLY



Warranty coverage applies ONLY to verifiable major manufacturing defects, including:


  • Complete electrical failure
  • Headlight not powering on at all
  • Total DRL failure prior to installation



Warranty DOES NOT COVER:


  • Cosmetic imperfections
  • Colour performance
  • Sync behaviour
  • User dissatisfaction
  • Vehicle-specific compatibility issues
  • Wear and tear
  • Water ingress caused after installation
  • Any issue occurring after installation



All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval at our sole discretion.





4. ZERO-TOLERANCE TAMPERING POLICY (IMMEDIATE WARRANTY VOID)



ANY TAMPERING IMMEDIATELY AND PERMANENTLY VOIDS ALL COVERAGE.


Tampering includes but is not limited to:


  • Opening the headlight housing
  • Removing or loosening screws
  • Breaking or disturbing factory seals
  • Accessing internal modules or wiring
  • Attempted repairs or modifications
  • Third-party intervention of any kind



Once tampered with, ALL responsibility transfers to the buyer.

We accept ZERO liability after tampering — including electrical failure, condensation, fogging, or total malfunction.





5. Condensation & Moisture – STRICT CONDITIONS



Condensation claims are ONLY considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:


  • Clear photo AND video evidence
  • Evidence taken IMMEDIATELY upon opening the box
  • Headlight must be UNINSTALLED
  • No signs of tampering or installation



Condensation reported:


  • After installation
  • After driving
  • After opening the headlight
  • After exposure to weather



WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED.


Condensation occurring post-installation is deemed installation-related or user-caused.





6. Installation & Use – BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK



  • Installation is performed entirely at the buyer’s risk
  • We are NOT responsible for incorrect wiring, vehicle faults, coding errors, or incompatibility
  • Professional installation is strongly recommended
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation is NOT covered






7. No Returns, No Refunds, No Chargebacks



All sales are FINAL.


We do NOT accept:


  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Chargebacks
  • PayPal or bank disputes



Any attempt to initiate a chargeback after accepting delivery will be disputed with evidence, including these terms.





8. Compatibility & Legal Compliance Disclaimer



  • Buyer is responsible for ensuring vehicle compatibility
  • Buyer is responsible for road legality in their country
  • We accept NO liability for MOT failure, fines, or legal issues






9. Limitation of Liability



Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:


  • Vehicle damage
  • Labour costs
  • Installation costs
  • Loss of use
  • Indirect or consequential damages



Our maximum liability, if any, is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.





10. Acceptance of Terms



By purchasing, installing, or using these headlights, the buyer confirms that they:


  • Have read and understood these terms
  • Accept the experimental nature of the product
  • Agree that minor issues are not defects
  • Understand that tampering voids all coverage
  • Waive the right to dispute these conditions post-purchase
