WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN OR REFUND
Returns or refunds are ONLY considered under the following limited circumstances:
1. Item Arrived Damaged in Transit
• Damage must be caused during shipping
• Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear photo and video evidence of the damage and original packaging is required
• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and untampered with original wrapping not broken.
Failure to report within the stated timeframe voids eligibility.

2. Incorrect Item Sent by Us
• The item received is not the item ordered
• Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Item must remain unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Once verified, a replacement may be issued.
Refunds are issued at our discretion.

3. Verified Manufacturing Defect (Pre-Use Only)
• Defect must be present before installation or use
• Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
• Requires clear photo and video proof
• Item must show no signs of installation, use, or tampering
If approved, a replacement only may be offered.
Refunds are not guaranteed.

WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY (ABSOLUTE EXCLUSIONS)
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect item ordered by the customer
• Incompatibility with vehicle or application
• Cosmetic preferences or dissatisfaction
• Minor performance inconsistencies
• Colour variation, brightness variation, or sync behaviour
• Condensation or moisture reported after delivery
• Any item that has been installed, attempted to be installed, or opened
• Any item that has been modified, repaired, or tampered with
• Damage caused by installation, wiring, environment, or misuse

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
• All claims must be approved before any return is sent
• Unauthorised returns will be refused
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above criteria

Returns or refunds are only considered for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective before use and must be reported within 24 hours and then approved by VMSS. All other sales are final.
NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Custom, modified, or aftermarket products
- Electrical or electronic components
- Lighting products
- Vehicle parts and accessories
- Items that have been installed, attempted to be installed, or used
- Items showing signs of handling, installation, tampering, or modification
Once an item has left our possession, it is deemed accepted in its current condition.
NO CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Incompatibility with the customer’s vehicle or application
- Aesthetic dissatisfaction
- Minor variations in appearance, colour, brightness, or performance
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability before purchase.
USED, INSTALLED, OR TAMPERED ITEMS
Any item that has been:
- Installed or attempted to be installed
- Opened, unscrewed, disassembled, or altered
- Modified or repaired by the customer or a third party
will NOT be eligible for return, refund, replacement, or store credit under any circumstances.
This applies even if the item is later claimed to be faulty.
DAMAGE, CONDENSATION & PERFORMANCE-RELATED CLAIMS
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
- Damage caused during or after installation
- Moisture, condensation, or environmental exposure
- Performance inconsistencies that do not prevent basic operation
- Behaviour resulting from experimental, optional, or non-essential features
All products are sold “AS IS”, unless otherwise stated.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS (LIMITED EXCEPTION)
In rare cases where an item is believed to be defective upon arrival, the customer must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo and video evidence
- Show the item unused, uninstalled, and untampered
- Allow time for inspection and verification
Approval is at our sole discretion.
If approved, a replacement only may be offered.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers
- Lost or damaged parcels once marked as delivered
- Incorrect address details provided by the customer
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, PayPal claim, or bank dispute after agreeing to this policy will be fully contested using:
- Order confirmation
- Delivery proof
- This Return & Refund Policy
Abuse of payment disputes may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
- Installation costs or labour charges
- Vehicle damage
- Loss of use or time
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our maximum liability, if any, is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the item.
ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
By completing a purchase on this website, the customer confirms that they:
- Have read and understood this policy
- Accept that all sales are final
- Agree that returns and refunds are limited or excluded
- Waive the right to dispute these terms after purchase
FINAL NOTICE
If you require guaranteed fitment, perfect cosmetic consistency, or OEM-level performance, do not place an order.
