Returns and refunds when withdrawing
Customers exercising their right of withdrawal must return the goods. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law after the returned goods are received or evidence of return shipment is provided. Deductions may be made for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
